Busy Winter Season

The DMA Blog has been a pretty quiet place these last few months – time to get it buzzing with updates! The winter, while always a period of downtime for the company, was not without exciting events for the staff.  The majority of the George N. Parks Drum Major Academy® staff members (well over 95% of the staff for that matter) are band directors & music educators.  This means hundreds, if not thousands of performances were under the direction of DMA representation!  Pretty overwhelming and awesome at the same time.

One of the most exciting announcements coming out of the office was this past April when we added three more locations that would feature Dr. Tim Lautzenheiser.  Dr. Tim, a forever friend of DMA, is now under contract with DMA for SIX separate locations!  His teaching in the world of student leadership is world renowned and we are honored and privileged to be able to have such a unique and long-lasting relationship with him!

Registration for all of our locations is available online or can be made by printing out our 2015 brochure / registration form and mailing it or faxing it to our office.

We are excited for the workshop season to begin.  We wish you all an outstanding conclusion to your school year with spectacular spring performances – see you this summer!!
